Photo credit to luluizinlalaland.blogspot.com I just saw these on Pinterest and discovered a used stamp with a head on it in my possession! Anyone else want to join in? *If you search 'postage people' on Pinterest, you will get quite a few quality examples. Note: You do not have to use a human postage stamp. Any kind head stamp from anywhere in the world will do. Create an ATC using the medium of your choice using the postage people concept. The postage or stamp will most likely contain the head of your subject, but I have seen hands and feet, and you will complete the person or animal (or if you have found something more amazing, comment below) with your chosen medium around the stamp. Incorporating your stamp into the ATC does not have to be seamless. We all have our personal styles, but please stick with the concept of creating the rest of the little people/animals/robots/whatever and fill out your ATC in a way that is appealing to you. Make it something you are proud to have made! (And anyone who tries a new thing should be proud to have made whatever it is that they have... well, made.) There are some really talented artists on this network called SwapBot, and I already aspire to become better through these swaps! I will check profiles for questionable things, but I am still new, so if anyone would like to help me out... Please let me know if I have made a horrible mistake or can improve in some way! 1's and 3's appear to be very questionable as well as signing up for huge amounts of swaps that involve sending 'gifts.' I am not judging on the latter, but will investigate the former. Thank you! MAV |
