Description:

This is a swap for people looking for new pen pals!

Please write a detailed letter or note card to your partner telling them about yourself and what kind of Pen Pal you are. Do you like long, chatty letters or short and sweet notes? Do you write weekly, monthly, or quarterly? Do you like crafts and ephemera or just a letter? Talk about your life and where you live and what your snail mail will consist of!

Put a stamp on it and send it out! You can write on fancy stationery with matching envelopes or a a piece of lined paper ripped out of notebook and crammed into an old envelope that your cable bill came in. Just be you!

You don't have to look at your partner's profile but it might give you topics you have in common that you can talk about.

Your partner has the choice to write you back if they want to. Please don't get your feelings hurt if you don't get anything back, people are busy and not everyone meshes well with each other.

Recipients, please rate a five as long as you get something from your partner. If you don't like the way your partner writes then just don't write them back.

Newbies are cool, I'm new. But if you have a bunch of 1's or 3's that are fresh, this probably isn't for you. Please make sure you have a well-filled out profile and that you have logged in recently to Swap-Bot. I am trying to avoid flakers but I will Angel if necessary.

I'd love to keep this going monthly so that people will have a chance to meet someone new every month!
