There's something special about receiving a handmade postcard in the mail, to see how much time someone put into making a small piece of art to add to your own collection.

Theme: Travel

In honour of all the places we've been and have yet to go, this time we're going to draw or paint a photo from one of your previous trips! On the back be sure to include the location and what one of your favourite moments were.

Postcards are to be made by hand, so no zazzle / vistaprint / printed postcards, and sent naked (do not put it in an envelope).

You can start painting or drawing your postcard today so you can send as soon as partners are assigned. There is no limit to what medium you use, so please make something that you would like to receive with time and effort put in to it. You do not need to be an artist to participate - just put your love into your work and have fun being creative!

Don't forget to write the date, your swap-bot ID, and the swap name on your postcard. It's also nice to include a little not to your partner! (check if there's a writing prompt above under theme)

Newbies are allowed with well filled out profiles and have sent at least three Type 3 swaps. I will be checking profiles before assigning partners.

Please rate a 5 if you receive a handmade postcard even if it isn't your preferred style. I will angel if you do not receive a postcard from your swap partner.
