Let’s follow Michelle’s tutorial for making the actual journal itself. The 12X12 paper theme is sender’s choice. Instead of decorating and filling with specific holiday goodies, let’s fill with anything that can be written/journaled with...stationery items like pretty blank papers, tea dyed papers, journal cards, blank tags, tickets, etc. My thoughts were that this could be used to document a special occasion like a birthday, family gathering, weekend getaway, or special event. There’s nothing like the written word to help us remember special days in our lives.

She adds an envelope and the elastic on last page. This is not a requirement. To replace add an extra pocket or on the last page use a clip to hold some papers. Inside design is all up to your creativity.
