Hi swappers! Let's create a beautifully shabby winter tableau using the color blue. Your tag should measure no smaller than 2.5" x 5.5", but can certainly be larger. I found the picture above on pinterest and fell in love with the lovely lady in blue. True, the artist did quite a bit of work OFF the tag, but I still think it's beautiful. Think snowflakes and fur coats and everything that brings winter to mind. Hope you'll join me in creating a winter treasure for your partner!
