US ONLY We will be sending one partner, a envelope of Red Pink White Valentine stuff. Requirements: No paper smaller then 2.5x3.5 unless it a pretty embellishment. Example of thing to send ephemera, ATC backgrounds, washi sample Journal Cards ect: But MUST have one of the color on it. Must send at least 8 different items. No torn or dirty items. Send something you be happy with. Must rate when received. If your going to be late you must contact your partner.
