This is my FIRST swap.

This is North America (USA/Canada/Mexico and their territories) only.

About

This is sender’s choice of three (3) different washi tapes to two (2) partner swap. This is quick swap, a one-week turnaround should be plenty of time. I recommend getting it ready prior to assignment and then once assigned, you can mail out.

How to do this?

I recommend a playing card and wrap or place strips of the washi tape around it a few times (**I recommend a minimum of 3 times but more is ok too, if you’d like) and tear the end. You can fit up to 5, usually from my experience, depending on the width of the washi tape.
Alternatively, you could use sticker, wax, parchment, or similar non-stick paper or item that can be mailed in a flat #10 (or smaller) envelope at no more than 1 oz ($0.55). *Painters tape can be helpful if you have issue.
Painters tape is not considered a washi tape, for the record.

Extras

While not required, are encouraged. Just like stars and hearts for ratings—not required and up to the partners. 😊

Wink - If you’re going to be late, please make sure to message your partners. (Yes, I am guilty of not doing this but please make every effort as I will too.) - If you did not receive a swap, please let your partner(s) know and give time to receive the replacement/second. - Partners, please respond when/if you get message (I learned that one too).

Ratings

Please rate a 5 if you received the swap as stated in the About section; it does not need to be to your liking. Sorry, just a reminder.

If needed, I will angel 😇 .

Have any questions? Please ask. I will do my best to answer and/or support. Thank you for your interest and/or joining my first swap.

This has been changed to USA and Canada only.

Thank you for changing it to USA/CAN! I was watching at first because of the increased risks that go along with international swaps these days...

@CookieMomster78 There isn't really risk with mailing international. My issue is more about time. I know there are some countries that are closed for mail and others there are such LONG delays that if people aren't prepared for long wait time to receive mail, it may cause them to mark their partner as a 1 which isn't their fault.

It’s much better to have a minimum length rather than ‘minimum 3 times’. I don’t use playing cards so I have no idea how much to send. Also 4.90 is VERY low. Please check out this link. ratings math

Watching for now.

When are partners going to be assigned?

Lmrb19 01/10/2021 #

Sorry about that everyone. Partners have been assigned.
