If you did both : 1. Backgrounds and Part 2 - adding to it, now send it to Part3 swapper.

If you get it with a background and 2nd person adds to it you just rate them a five for receiving it and it is yours to add to your collected ATC’s.
Just rate it as received. Part 3 You only send one of the three ATC’s to a swapper . You keep the other two. Questions?

I know this may sound confusing but basically the one you may receive that has a background and an addition by swapper2 then rate as received. I hope this works out as I never set up a part swap.

Who do we rate in part 2 if we only add to one of the three we got in part 2?

It is a bit confusing but let’s see how it goes. I hope to get one in part two and send mine in part 2 that I get to swapper in part three. I’ll keep the other two backgrounds to use in other swaps. Part 3 swappers keep it and just rate a 5 to show received. You keep the other two.
