USAPC: Altered Key Tags

For this swap we will be altering three key tags for our partners. Samples can be found Here Starting video at 4:45 may speed up viewing.

Key tags can be purchased at Dollar Tree, Walmart, etc. They are only 1.25in in diameter. Decorate with layers. Sender’s choice of theme. This is a great way to use some of those teeny scraps we toss to the side and think we will never use!
