CPG Armchair Traveler 2021 Pen Pal Letter - US

Yes I know most of us aren't traveling much, so this swap has a twist - it's a pen pal letter about a place you are hoping/planning to vacation or return on vacation!! A prospective view of summer vacation:) which hopefully we will get back to soon!

Let's day dream about what our next vacation will look like!

For this swap, you will have 1 partner and you will send them a flat envie peek into where you live or a place you wish to visit this summer so we can take a quick armchair vacation - this may be state or local, country, cruise, etc - but make it a fun getaway for your recipient.

Flat envies only!

You will send at a short penpal note plus 1-2 flat items (list below for ideas). You are welcome to send more but you must send at least one item plus a penpal note about your locale (what love about your hometown or state, why you chose the location of this vacation, the best thing about cruising or camping or what you hope to see/visit/eat on vacation in this location)

Items to enclose: (must be related to the place you visited but can be travel brochures etc since you may not have been there yet!)

• a map of the vacation spot or boat

• a take out menu from restaurant you want to try (printed off the internet is fine)

• a postcard

• a photo from your prospective vacation with a description on the back of why you want to go

• a brochure about your area or one of the attractions in the area

• a sticker

• any other relevant items pertaining to where you might want to vacation this summer
