A lot of my partners in a couple swaps haven't received my cards. The postal service is ridiculous.

Same here. Im just marking " do not wish to rate at this time " I see where others have received from these partners so its apparent that they did send so they don't deserve a 3 or 1. I don't want a resend because Christmas has passed.
