I've come across a tutorial for some book page tags that I think are very nice - who would like to receive three tags from somebody else who watches this same video? You don't have to follow all the steps - sewing, for example, is optional. You don't have to use inks, either - watercolour would also be a choice. You do have to use book pages, so go ahead and make them in your own style!

Can these be any size, or do they need to be atc size?

Whatever size you end up with when you fold your book pages is fine. There isn't a set size.
