AACG: Navy, Tan, and Cream ATC

Continuing with our ATCs in gorgeous color combination...as we enter winter (here in the northern hemisphere) I have chosen "navy, tan, and cream" for our color combination. So lovely! Let's make a beautiful ATC for our swap partner using mostly these gorgeous colors...of course other colors may be introduced as contrast or in the embellishments. I know we can do it, and do it spectacularly! I won't go into the basics of ATC requirements (size, etc.) because we already know that stuff, and have moved into a realm of "extra" when creating beautiful little works of art.
