Bento boxes - yes, those neat little containers that are great for packing your lunches. Let's swap them, my fellow Americans!

You will have one partner and you are to send them a bento box and accessories. Details on what to send:

  • 1 bento box - this does NOT have to be kawaii, as I know that is not always easy to find.
  • 2 bento accessories - these can be a set of picks, sauce containers, shakers, ice packs, side cars for snacks, chopsticks, forks, spoons, bento bags, cloths, dividers, egg molds, onigiri molds, bento belt, etc.

Please make sure all items are things you would like to receive. All items must be new. They can be taken out of the original packaging, as I realize that may make them easier to ship, but must be new. Again, make sure it is something you would be happy to receive.

I will not put a dollar amount on this swap. Remember in these tough economic times, you don't have to spend a lot of money to send a nice swap. But do make sure you send quality items, and try to send things your partner will enjoy whether it's a color preference, favorite character, or specific bento need. Please make sure these items are packaged neatly and securely to ensure safe delivery.

I have made this swap USA-only as this is more than just an envelope and with the current economical situation, I have been having a hard time dealing with international postage. So let's keep this in the USA, please.

This swap is open to those with a 4.8 rating and NO no-sends in the past 3 months. Newbies, I'm sorry, but you'll have to sit this one out. it seems like most people would not want used items... just wondering if you can change that to new..? on ichibankusa you can buy a bento box for $1.50

I might be interested in joining - but, as Stefanija mentioned - the swap is marked as an International swap and I simply cannot afford International shipping.

Dang, this swap thing was messed up when I created it. It didn't have the 'International or Regional' button when I made it, and when I went back it let me choose but didn't let me say which region, and then a 3rd time back it let me enter the specific region. Dang swap-bot, what's up?

Yes, this swap IS USA-ONLY! Items must be new, as per your request. That's fair.

Was this the same one that was removed??? I thought I joined a Bento Swap then it was deleted. Anyway I joined this one and am very excited!!

Oh if my partner sees this I am huge on Bento!! I make them everyday... I really need a larger box for me I have tons of small ones for my son and a huge non cute one for hubby but none that are the right size for me. lol It's totally not a must send but if you see a bigger one that is affordable I will love you forever!

I am already shopping around for this swap! Yay! Oh and I second the ichibankusa idea I have ordered lots of things from there and they are awesome. Ok I'll go now. :)
