AFWLS: autumn themed notecard and handmade tag

Hello Autumn lovers!

It is autumn in Australia and I thought that is a good enough reason to do a swap. Send a lovely autumn themed notecard (can be shop bought or handmade) AND a handmade autumn themed tag (3” x 6” in size) to your partner. Tag does not need to have a tassel - I know our postal service does not allow them.

Write inside the notecard and share something with your partner - what you are doing, your favourite recipe for the season you are in, what you have planned for the rest of the season or just some interesting stuff. If you are in the northern hemisphere, its ok to share about spring!

OK so you send 1 autumn themed notecard and 1 autumn themed handmade tag (3”x6”) to one partner.
