International, 1 partner I've found that letter writers often have stray bits of stationery, odd envelopes, or unused pens or stickers. I thought it would be fun to use up some of those odds and ends in a letter to your partner. Go through your stationery stash - we all have one! - and find a few odd pieces of stationery. They don't need to be the same type, the same size, the same color - totally random! Then grab a pen that you don't use much, is almost out of ink or was just part of a package that you haven't used up yet. Find a sticker sheet or pack with some leftovers, or an almost finished roll of washi and write a letter. This is going to be tough, isn't it? :) But sometimes it's good for things to be a bit messy, isn't it? To use Christmas stickers in May or write with an odd colored pen. (Just be sure your partner can read the color - I know I have some yellow pens and I have no idea what I'll ever do with them! That would be too tough to read.) The letter (about A5 in size, but I'll trust you on this one) can be about any topic, it can be a reply to a previous letter from your partner or a comment on their profile - or you can complain about your goofy host for making up this irregular swap. :) Have fun with it! If you have an odd envelope, all the better! Questions? Comments? Please send me a PM and I'll reply as soon as I can. |
