Your envelope should be legal/business/large notecard size and the front should be decorated in cheery summer theme. Collage, draw, stamp, etc!! Fill your envie with at least 4 different kinds of ephemera and as full as you can get for 1 first class stamp/1 oz). No junk or paper scraps; nothing off-season.
