I have made clusters of everything else, but keep forgetting to make some using postage stamps. Such an easy cluster to put together to have ready to add to a page or pocket. So get out those scraps and let's make a few. Three clusters to a partner. Two partners per participant. Any theme that you might like. Sender's choice.
