Your envelope must be well decorated on the front. The size should be business size or large notecard size (EU A6 size or US envelope size is 4.13 inches x 9.5 inches or 10.5 cm x 24.1 cm and for EU folks 110 mm x 220 mm), and must contain at least 3 different items that you pack before partners are assigned (hence the 'blind' part).

• 1 blank notecard + envie
• 1 minizine (made by you)
• 1 atc (made by you)
• 1 sheet of stickers or 10 loose(no kiddie/teacher/reward/planner)
• 1 altered tag or bookmark
• 1 PDT label
• 1 bookpage/musical sheet/mappage
• 1 paper napkin for collage (top layer only)
• 1 atypical playing card
• 3 nice ephemera items (paper clusters, ticket stubs, fussy cuts, etc)
• 5 washi tape samples
• 5 kawaii or other memo sheets
• 5 die cuts or punched shapes (no minis)
• 5 used postage stamps
