Favourite Fairytale Folktale or Cultural Story

Send a letter with a copy of your favourite folktale, fairytale, or cultural story and a short paragraph about why you like it so much.

All cultures have their own stories! Whether your culture is "American" with folktales, like Paul Bunyan, or if you love fairytales like "The Juniper Tree," or if you like Japanese Shinto-Buddhist stories from Edo period or earlier, like Nure-onna, there are cool stories everywhere.

Decoration, illustration, or journal page art totally optional.

You have two partners. The letters can be identical since they're to separate people.

Internet Archives often has whole books for free, you just can't download them. You might be able to find the exact story from the exact book you have! Just google the title + Internet Archives.

Everyone! If you didn't like the story selection, do NOT rate down. If you received the link + the paragraph in your messages, on time, it's a 5. If you loved the story picked and they wrote a lot about it, consider a heart. This is a swap to be newbie-friendly.

If there are some very restrictive measures, such as only Xtian stories or no magic or monsters, be aware that your partner may not be able to easily share a story that you may enjoy. It is not intended to be a google suggestion algorithm. Please do not rate down if your partner fulfills the swap 1 message (5-7 sentences) + 1 story.
