Requirements: Must have a rating of 4.9 or higher, must be rated on 5 mailed swaps (email swaps do not count), no no sends in the past few months, and no flakers! if you flake in my swap I will ban you from every swap I host plus you're name will be mentioned in the forums for all to see! So don't do it.
