This swap is for people who know what a "deco" is. New members are welcome to join, but only with filled profiles. You will send 1 deco for your partner. Please note this is international swap, so postage might be higher. This time theme is "Halloween". Deco can be new or established, homer is fine if your partner is ok with it (ask them first). I will angel, if needed, but please give them at least 2 months time to arrive, just in case.
