Description:
This swap is based on water... using watercolor pencils or paint, that is! This is an international swap. Swappers are to make 2 ATCs and 2 4"x6" postcards using watercolors as the main medium. Any theme is acceptable. ATCs and postcards must be mailed in an envelope. Swappers must have a 4.5 or higher to participate.
