Hi swappers . . . Let's follow Cathy in THIS TUTORIAL to create 2 junk mail window cards or tags for our partners. Sizes will vary depending upon the sizes of junk mail envies you have on hand. Your tag/card should measure a minimum of 3"x5" (larger is fine). These are so much fun to create--looking through a window at a beautiful image! Please do cover the back of your creations; let's leave OFF our info in case your partner wants to use them as a gift tag or card. Hope you'll find time to join in the fun~
