Paper clusters are a perfect way to use up your scraps, bits and pieces. What is a paper cluster? Its an embellishment made from 2-5 layers of paper, ephemera, that have been stapled or glued together to form a little embellishment.

Your paper clusters should feature summer themes and/or colors but otherwise is sender choice.
