I found these on Pinterest, of course...at first I thought they were "regular" tickets, but after looking more closely I realized that a standard ticket would be way too small for this type of embellishment. Let's make our own versions of these cuties, starting with some heavy-ish cardstock cut into 2 1/2x1 3/4-inch rectangles. Using a small circle paper punch, lop off the corners to emulate tickets. From there, decorate as you see fit, using rubber stamps, small pieces of torn fabric, paper dolls or similar images, and so forth. Let's place the holes in the top center, like traditional tags...there's no need to add eyelets unless you want to, but hole protectors would be nice. If you have some number stamps to make these look like real tickets, awesome! Just remember that these are supposed to look as much like tickets as possible. Decorate them adorably, and let's make TWO ticket tags for our partners. |
