Shades of Blue 59 cent envie of WOW!

I would like to start a 59 cent “color series” stuffed envelope swap and if all goes well I will post one every month :-)

For this swap you will stuff a #10 envelope full… 2 ounces worth… of items in any shade, hue or color of blue.

Items that can be included: Cardstock/scrapbook paper, cancelled stamps, silk flowers, ribbon, stickers, buttons, jewels, stickers, fiber, ric rac, diecuts/punches, stamped images, etc. Also check out your partners profile for other ideas.
