RF: Large Rolo with a Belly Band

Let's make a large rolo (3x5) in a vintage theme (you choose the specific theme...maybe vintage ladies, some Tim Holtz paper dolls, or even vintage advertisements) with the addition of a belly band on the rolo, with some related "things" tucked under the belly band. The swap graphic is a picture I found on Pinterest, and the focal image is a vintage lady with butterfly wings. Maybe you'd put some butterflies and some flowers under the belly band...if you choose a focal image of a flower, possibly your belly band would hold a bee, a butterfly, and a picture of a vintage advertisement for gardening tools.
