ACTS: ATC with Washi #1

Let's coordinate an ATC with Washi tape. The colour is what will coordinate them.

The main colour of both the ATC and the Washi will be blue.

Make a nice background, use at least one piece of Washi and put a focal point on it.

The Washi tape can have a subtle pattern on it; don't just use a solid line of blue, unless you use more than one piece.

If enough interest is shown, I'd like to continue this each month with a different colour.
