Hi swappers . . . Let's follow along with THIS TUTORIAL to create a mini flip folio for our partners. I'm not certain whether the tutor gives all the measurements, but HER base piece measures 3"x12" (I think ;+) You may use a 12" piece OR an 11" long piece if you prefer using something you have printed out. Go 3"-4" wide. If you don't have Velcro dots, simply create another type of closure--be creative. See you there!
