It has been a long time since I have done a naked card swap…..so here goes a test run and we will see if there is interest. Let’s send a little Easter love that our postal workers can enjoy as well. First….find yourself an Easter greeting card. I will suggest dollarama as this will be less expensive and they are Canadian.🇨🇦 It’s easiest to stick with a rectangular card rather than an oddly shaped one. Alternatively you can make a card but be sure that it can withstand the rigours of mail delivery as it will be sent NAKED 😜 Also be sure it is something you would enjoy receiving. There are plenty of vintage Easter card images that could be printed on cardstock…as an option Write a short note inside…tell your partner about your Easter traditions or favourite baking or meal…or whatever you’d like to share. The topic doesn’t matter, it’s just to be friendly after all . Place a few flat surprises inside the card, and seal the edges with cello tape. You will use the back of the card to write mailing address and to affix postage, (just as you would on the front of an envelope). which should be 1 P stamp. And pop it in the post box. I think the send by date should have them all delivered before Easter. Sender choice for what to put inside. You may need to cover up printing on the back of the card to apply the address to the card. You can write the address onto a piece of paper and tape it down with packing tape if there is printing on the back or if the card is too glossy to write on.. Hope to see you in the swap….let’s spread some 🐣❤️ |
