CS: Send a Card to your Partner’s Mother

Mother’s Day is coming up. If you would like your mom to get the kind of Happy Mail experience that swapbotters routinely get….this might be up your alley. After signing up for this swap, write below in the comments a few hints to help your partners put together a little flat happy mail envelope for your mom. Does she like tea? Gardening? Receiving a chatty letter, would she like a new recipe to try, her favourite colours, does she read books and use bookmarks, would she like knit or crochet patterns, would she enjoy an ATC?..other interests….. You will get two partners (if we get at least 3 people to sign up), and I will send additionally to the first two people’s moms who sign up for the swap, and are still in it once partners are assigned.

Once partners are assigned, communicate with your partners and let them know the address (in Canada) they will be sending to. You will not be sending to your partners…….but directly to their mothers.

Get a Mother’s Day Card (Or a generic greeting card if sending a Mother’s Day card to someone else’s mom is weird for you) and Happy Mail it up. You can decorate the envelope if you like (but not required) You can send a naked card ( taped closed with contents inside using the back to address much like postcard with goodies inside). What is sent is senders choice, but do what you can with suggestions given by your partners. Let’s give our moms some Happy Mail for Mother’s Day❤️ This is sent as letter mail so could be sent with a single P stamp depending on what you put inside. The person receiving the swap should be someone you are in touch with so you can confirm receipt and be able to rate your partners. Send something lovely, that you would be happy to have your mom receive. You should probably mention in your card or even on the envelope who your partner is so they are not suspicious of the envelope. If anything needs clarification just let me know.
