UPDATE: For this fifth swap in the series, we're mixing it up a bit! Read carefully to find out the changes and let's keep the recipes moving! This will be the last swap in the series in which you might have to mail an actual book. Any subsequent rounds will just mail a recipe card. Hopefully, this will save on postage and encourage more people to participate. This swap will be listed as a Type 3, but future swaps will be Type 2. DetailsSTEP 1: Return any Traveling Recipe Books you have. If you have an album from a previous swap, please mail that book back to its original owner.
STEP 2: Send your partner for this swap two recipes. More info on what types of recipes below.
This Round: A Bread Recipe and A Holiday Cookie RecipeFor this round, please include two recipe cards in the book for two different recipes: one bread recipe and one recipe for a holiday cookie. You decide if it's a sweet bread recipe, built for a bread machine, etc. - it's your call! Each round in the series will call for a different type of recipe:
(Note: Technically, the last swap hosted by Natalie was numbered "Round #5." I'm restarting the numbering to keep it clear.) If room allows, you might want to include your username and/or the date on your recipe cards. Part of the fun is seeing all of the different recipes, with different tastes, in different handwriting styles, so this is senders' choice. Please rate your partner a 5 if they have met the requirements of the swap regardless if you like the recipes or not. When the series runs its course, some people may want to store the cards in other card holders, so please make sure any decorations on the recipe cards don't interfere with the cards' storage. Thank you for considering joining this swap. It should be quite fun! If you have questions before, during or after the swap, donβt hesitate to message me. | |
