I have become a Junk Journal fan over the last few years. This swap is for you if you already love it or would like to give it a try. For this swap you will send your partner enough paper scraps and ephemera to create a 1-2 page layout in a journal. After partners are assigned you will look at their profile to see their interests and choose a theme you think they may like.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Send one piece of 8x10 patterned paper (or lined paper or copy paper that is tea or coffee stained or somehow altered) You may fold to fit into a regular envelope.

Include extra ephemera for the theme (book pages, illustrations, junk clusters, journal spots, lace, ribbon)

Include a variety of 2 or 3 pieces of paper ephemera

ONE item should be handmade such as- a folder, a decorated journal card, a pocket, a bookmark, charm or clip- you choose

Items should cover one composition notebook page (with extra bits for a facing page or for options).

Ephemera and papers may be torn, cut, whole sheets, half/partial pages and/or folded papers.
