CPG: Fictional Tenant Review PC #1 - USA

Let's brighten up your partner's day and get a little creative by sending a naked and stamped postcard (PC) of any building (e.g., house, hotel, skyscraper, etc.). On the back-left of the postcard, write a short, specific review (give it a rating on a 1 to 5 star scale) of the building, as if it were written by a disgruntled or overly enthusiastic tenant. Leave a tip for the next tenant or advice to building management if you wish.

Here are some examples to get your creative juices flowing:

• ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ (5 stars) - The ambiance is unparalleled. My 14th-century room is drafty, yes, but the stone is gorgeous. The resident ghost is an incredibly quiet roommate; he even returns misplaced items. TIP: Do not leave food out.

• ⭐️ (1 star) - The acoustics are a disaster. Every time my neighbor sneezes, it takes 45 seconds for the echo to die down. The "gargoyle water features" are merely broken gutters. TIP: Management never answers the pigeon-messenger service.

• ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ (4 stars) - It's an old apartment block, so the windows rattle when the wind changes direction, and the bathroom faucet plays a tune, but the built-in library shelves are amazing. The rent is fair, provided you ignore the humming. ADVICE: Install a decorative decoy tin on every radiator in the building and advertise it as a "Historic Vibration Dampener." It will save on maintenance calls.
