CPG: Emergency Evacuation Notice PC - USA

Let's brighten up your partner's day and get a little creative by sending a naked and stamped touristy postcard (PC). The PC should have the name of the location on the front and should be store-bought (no ad, free, handmade, or coloring postcards allowed).

As an overly cautious, deadpan Emergency Response Coordinator, write a 2 - 4 sentence alert detailing the cause of the evacuation, which should be a ridiculously non-threatening and specific event, and the required action on the back left of the PC.

Here are some examples to get your creative juices flowing:

• (A NYC PC) - ALERT!! The pigeon is perched atop the Empire State Building and is aggressively critiquing everyone's life choices and fashion sense. REQUIRED ACTION: Abandon your commutes and proceed into the nearest tunnel. Do NOT look up, especially if wearing last season's coat. All coffee carts must remain in place as a distraction sacrifice.

• (A London PC) - ALERT!! The Crown Jewels have spontaneously developed severe emotional distress and are staging a highly dramatic sit-in. REQUIRED ACTION: Evacuate all premises and proceed in an orderly, single-file queue toward the countryside. Do NOT look directly at the jewels or attempt to take photographs; their feelings are highly fragile.

• (A Tokyo PC) - ALERT!! All vending machines in the city have simultaneously fused into one enormous, benevolent, but highly judgmental, robot. REQUIRED ACTION: Proceed to the nearest elevated walkway and evacuate on foot. Do NOT use the trains. Do NOT question the robot's intentions or its choices in beverage dispensing; it is sensitive about its size.
