Description:

Can you believe we are almost done?! There will be ONE final swap after this.

Welcome to the ninth swap for our hybrid journals! We are going to be completing our journals this month. Making the cover if you didn’t start out with one, inserting your signatures and adding anything you hadn’t already completed and finally …. we are going to add a decorative closure.

There are 5 inspirational videos below for you to watch and then pick the closure that works best for your journal. Of course, a closure can be as simple as a beautiful piece of ribbon wrapped around it and tied shut. Make yours as simple or as elaborate as you choose.

Email pictures of your closure along with a description of your closure and why you chose the one you did to your partner.

Looking ahead - as you are completing your journals, we often have pieces we thought we’d use, but then just couldn’t find a place for them. Hang on to anything extra that didn’t make it into your journal - clip art, clusters, papers, stickers, lace or ribbon, etc. We’ll be using these as part of our final swap next month.

The general consensus is that we will NOT be swapping our books as a group swap. If you would like to swap privately, you are certainly welcome to do so. The final tenth swap will be a fun project and also filming or photographing your completed books to share. Please let us know if you have any questions!
