Write about your day, what's going on in your life, or feelings on a single postcard and send it. Make sure to write the name of the swap and your username on the postcard. The topic can be as serious or casual as you feel comfortable with. Use your judgement. No envelopes. Sender chooses the postcard, don't have to think too hard about it. This is supposed to be a swap that helps the sender destress in a way by journaling but with a witness.
