Souvenir for a friend

Hello Amberleigh friends,

As I sit here with my ink and quill 🪶 completing my travel log letter swap I have been pondering what sort of souvenirs would be welcomed. It would need to be flat, to include in a letter - but could also be a picture of something you might have picked up and would pass along upon your return.

For this swap, let us imagine again that we have travelled away from our beloved Amberleigh and are sending a friend a token from our trip. It could be from the place you wrote about, an entirely new place, even an imaginary place. What might you have picked up to send back, or brought back for your partner? A postcard, a watercolor, a bit of fabric or lace, embroidery, a sketch? Maybe some ephemera like a blaybill, a ticket, or foreign currency? If it is something larger that cannot be mailed - send your partner a grand description and picture of the item explaining what it is and why it was chosen.
