YTPC: Let's Build a Journal: Project #2

Hi swappers . . . I thought maybe we could do several journal projects together--hopefully some new ideas for you. I'm selecting projects that will either fit (or be adjusted to fit) into a 5.5" x 8.5" journal. This is what you get when you turn a letter size paper sideways and fold.

Either build a one journal signature for yourself or use a journal you're working on and place each project in your journal when it arrives. We won't be sending actual journals--just the projects that go inside.

The second project is by Tina from ShabbyDabbyDooDah and is for journal page edges. The tutorial can be FOUND HERE Please create 3 of these simple layered page edges for your partner. Remember that part of the reverse side will show when you flip that page, so something other than plain white should show.

Your page edges should measure approximately 2"-2.5" x 8". Let's begin with book page bases, and use other paper or fabric on top and then embellishing a bit.
