Description: | |
This swap, Round Robin is for a Holiday Greeting card. Start with a half page of card stock or blank greeting card. If using the card stock fold so it is a card. It should be about 4x6 inches and fit in a standard greeting card envelope. Divide the front into Four spaces. Each will be about a Quarter of the front page in size. Number each of the squares in a corner. Decorate the edges of your card. Pick a square and put a little holiday themed doodle/sketch/ drawing embellishment in it. What ever you like and pick any of the holidays between the start of the swap and mid Jan as a theme for your art. There are several so there should be something for everyone. On the inside draw numbered lines across it. On the line with the number corresponding to the space you used on the front add a Holiday greeting and sign your name. Now put it in a 6 inch by 9 inch envelope and send to the next person in the RR. Eventually we will each get our card back and have a wonderful greeting card from all of us. If more than twelve sign up I will play with the numbers and we will have a second circle, if fewer thats ok too. The illustration above is just a quick sketch of what I had in mind as far as a format and placement and is only a suggestion. Make this fun, now go run with it, and Happy Holidays. The usual Swap-bot rules about Flaking apply. Any problems contact me.
