Welcome to another Scratch Off Lottery ticket swap!!

You'll be sending 1 (one) $1 scratch off ticket to 2 (two) partners. This is for Usa swappers, only.. as we can't cash in foreign tickets, unfortunely. :(

I do check profiles, & will ban you if you don't have atleast 2 completed snail mail swaps. NOT email ones. And a completed filled out profile is a must. I'm trying to weed out the bad swappers... one slipped by me last time. =/

I'm not sure about the USA but there can even be problems with it from province/state to state.
