Let's Swap Pets

This is a fun swap for Pet enthusiasts.

In this swap you will create one small work of art, 8 x 10 or smaller and at least 4 x 4, in any medium of your choice for your partner. The art you create is to be based on your partners Pet photo(s) which they will send you by email, flikr, snail mail, etc.

So, we will all:

1. Pick your favorite pet photo.

2. Send your photo to your partner on time, by January 19th, 2010.

3. Create a work of art based on the photo or photos you receive from your partner.

4. Mail your artwork to your partner.

5. Rate your partner when you receive your artwork.

Sounds fun! This is open to anyone in good standing, with no recent 1s or 3s. Must have a filled out Profile-this helps your partner to know your likes/dislikes. Any medium, including but not limited to: jewelry (size restriction waived for jewelry), mosaic, paintings, wall hangings, fabric creations, collages, purses, sculptures, polymer clay, journals w pet photo cover, etched mirrors, etc. Your imagination is limitless. Style is also senders choice. You can go abstract, cartoon, realistic-just have fun and create something you are proud to send/receive.

Flakers are RUDE: Please do not be a FLAKER. Flakers will be listed.

Once partners are assigned, you will have 10 days to send a photo to your partner. Then, over 4 weeks to create something nice for your partner. Of course, the sooner you send/receive your photos the more time you will have to create.

Maybe we can start a thread in the forum, to show off our art when we recieve it from our partners.

For me, choosing just one animal will be the hard part!
