I am making the quality of friendship books open because so many swappers now are only wanting to receive very high quality ones with decorated covers & this is leaving alot of other friendship books sitting in the bottom of drawers or being thrown out as swappers can't pass them on :-( Must have a full profile and no 1's or recent 3's to join in.
