For this swap, we will make one gorgeous feather fascinator for one partner. Check with your partner upon assignment to see if they would rather have it mounted on a comb, clip or head band. The fascinator Must have feathers included and be embellished with some other pretty things (flower, jewels, netting, etc). Here are some examples I found on the web: Glitter Rose I don't actually care for the glitter on the flower, but the rest - oh la la!
