Description:
We will make 3 mini lucky parcels for our partner. By mini, I mean small and only a couple of dollars spent on each one, so no more than $8 spent total. Make a mini parcel for each of the following themes (however you interpret them): â€¢snack attack â€¢Dr. Seuss *orange USA/Canada swappers with 4.9 ratings or better, no recent unexplainable lateness or no-sends, and new swappers with filled out profiles are welcome. A lucky parcel is a decorated bag, box, pouch or container of some sort that contains items that match a theme. The packaging must add to the presentation of the package, not just one single item wrapped as a present.

Are handmade items (that are very high quality of course) be allowed in the parcels along with store bought items?
