For all the Peter Rabbit lovers out there this will be an atc using Peter Rabbit somewhere on it. Not just a sticker but an atc where you are willing to put some effort into making it nice. One partner- one atc. Very easy. All participants must have a rating of 4.5 or higher in an effort to keep out flakers. No recent unexplained 1's. Newbies welcome with at least 3 successful snail mail swaps. I reserve the right to ban questionable participants.

I'm afraid that I won't be able to participate in three swaps before March 22 in order to qualify for the Peter Rabbit ATC swap. I am new at this and I am a perfectionist who likes to take my time with whatever I do. Because of this, please remove me from this one. I think there is a way for me to do this myself, but in case I can't figure it out, I thought I'd better leave this message. :)
