Description: | |
You will send two altered puzzle pieces to two different partners so you will be making a total of 4 altered puzzle pieces. The puzzle pieces should be at least 2", or larger, and can be made from any material as long as they are sturdy (thick card stock, wood, plastic, etc.). You can find the larger puzzle pieces at thrift stores, yard sales and even your kid's rooms. Most young children's puzzles are larger sized because they're easier to handle. The puzzle pieces are so easy to find that you shouldn't have to go out and purchase a new puzzle, or individual puzzle pieces from a craft store, although you certainly can if you want to. You can alter and embellish them in any way that suits your fancy as long as some thought has been put into it. No sticker slapping. Make the puzzle pieces into something you'd like to receive yourselves. This is international because they are lightweight, unless you intend to embellish them with rocks :), and shouldn't be too expensive to mail. Please remember that it takes longer (sometimes much longer) for packages to come/go to/from overseas. Wait at least 4 weeks after the deadline before contacting your partner if your swap hasn't arrived. New swappers are welcome with well filled out profiles. A couple of small paragraphs is not acceptable. If you need help in filling out your profile please let me know. Otherwise, no 1's in the last six months, no unexplained 3's, at least a 4.8 rating and no overly picky swappers since this is sender's choice (although it's always nice to look at your partner's profile for ideas), is supposed to be fun, and everyone's artistic abilities are different. If you sign up please be responsible enough to send. Rate your partners when you receive. If they are extra special, if the sender puts forth a lot of effort, etc., it's always nice to give a heart. |
