Create one crown with as much "bling as you can manage.This crown will be the crown jewel of all crowns!Make your crown no larger than 4"wide.Use what ever pattern you like.Add all kinds of embellishments,jewels,appliques,tulle,crepe paper,glitter,lace,whatever you feel necessary to make this your best crown yet! Sign up by 14th and mail to one partner by the 30th.
