Newbie Guardian Angel Dotee Swap:

This is a swap for anyone who would like to style and make a Dotee. In this swap you can be new or a old hand at making Dotee’s, you choose how fancy or easy you wish to make her or him. The object here is to have fun.

List at least 5 ideas for what you would want for your Guardian to be. They can be colors, activities, or items like:

I quilt so a sewing themed Guardian Angel would be great. That is just one idea that you could listed. Remember that giving you partner some optional ideas you might get a really sweet Angle for just what you need one for.

Here are the standers:

Your Dotee must me between 4-6 inches

Have a hanger

and a tail (1 or more)

In this swap you will make a Guardian Angel Dotee, using one of the themes that your partner listed. Be creative use fabric and items to make your dotee fun loving. Remember Goofy is fun to make as well as to get. If you need ideas on making wings im me and I will be happy to help.

Now that summer is here I am giving some extra time in swaps

This sounds like a truly wonderful idea. :) I am a newbie but would love to take part. I live in southern Ireland, and I noticed you said international so that means I can join in the fun doesn't it?

I just realised that I didn't leave a list lol. Oh am so not good at this... I like sewing to and all types of art so a quilting or sewing angel would be good. I also like travelling so a back packing or travelling dotee would be good too. I like to swim so a mermaid or swimming dotee, and I love jewellery so a really sparkly bling laden dotee would be nice too. My favourite colours would be blues greens and purples but I will be happy with whatever my swap partner has used as it will have come from the heart and her creativity.

So I'm to put a list here of themes.. hmm...

Colors: pink, green, browns and any combination of the three

Activities: cooking, sewing, knitting, gardening

For Funsies or the Adventurous: fantasy (faeries, dragons, wizards etc- I played a lot of D&D), vampires (Vlad and Lestat not Edward or Angel), Jessica Rabbit (FAVORITE cartoon character of all times)

I'll love anything though as long as your heart is in it.

This is a great idea I would love a NASCAR themed Dotee Angel, Crafting, Baking, Sewing, Fairy, Mom Dotee would also be great Colors there is no color I dislike. I love this idea and look forward to making a Dotee you would treasure.

Colors: PINK Pink and more pink!! Blue & Purple are nice too :) Activities: running, knitting, reading, playing (I have 2 little boys)

Would love to have a Cat Angel, Yard Sale Angel, Mom Angel, Reading Angel, Guardian Angel, Grape (wine) Angel, Craft Angel, etc.

I like purples, pinks, Browns, etc. I will be happy with whatever you make.

An archaeology angel?

An angel from a B animal flick? (killer shrews, giant gila monster, radioactive insect, etc)

80s popstar/hairband angel (no one specific, necessarily, just the idea of one)

Carnival Freakshow angel (I am old enough to have been to more than a few)

An angel from an extinct civilization (Pompeii, Aztec, etc)

Wow I guess mylist would be:

A doggie angel (who would have guessed)

A quilter angel

A sewer's angel

A thriftstore shopper angel I need a guardian angel for just about everything I do.. so just about any thing would work.

How about a Hip replacement angel... I have to have both of mine replaced in Oct.... Ouch!
